Had to scrap the last grow, apologies. Got some of the new Illuminautos lines so gonna be doin a #45 Sweet & Smelly in this diary. Strict Lst on this, keeping it low and spread with, hopefully, a nice even canopy. Hope you enjoy, I've not seen any photos of these so dunno what to expect.

And it's out the gate, up and popped and on the way to something wonderful....and something to throw me into the back of the settee too ;)

Incredibly stretchy and gangly, but it is firm. Had a fan on it oscilating 24/7. Light wasn't far away but was on perhaps 30-40 watts to start with, used the 100w IS led. Probably gonna grab a t5 or use cfl for germination in the future. Sat in the tent now under the 100w IS, little bits of water round the edge of it. The humidity dome made a moat round it :)
Anyway, have a great Christmas ppl, cheers for lookin in

So, end of the first week. Nothin challenging, little bit leggy, needed proppin up and strapping to the stake. Still figuring out led distance with the 100w. Few photos but that's about it for this week, ya know how it is at this stage :) . Cheers for lookin in
You need to reduce her light schedule give her some dark. And she looks like she's getting to intense light, by her ribs in her leaves. They should look flat and healthy. Pop over and have a look at mine
@@Mr_Cannab1sir, it's trial and error my friend. My last one suffered on light intensity as I got a 2x2ft light in less than a 1x1 enclosure so you have to take light reflection into account as well as intensity if I had another couple feet height I could possibly go full power. And try not to focus on airflow just over the plants. You want your entire space with moving air e.g bouncing off walls the corners are moving I try to create what I think will be moving in a circle like a vortex. That way every leaf gets replenished air the rh drops and pests or disease dont stand a chance.
@Kingdon007, I can see your point, and you present it well, clearly know your stuff. 2 things I'll mention, 1 being my highest yielding plant to date was a 4.1 oz (dry weight) purple lemonade auto in soil, sat under a 150w (true watt) led board lights on 24/7 and secondly....Have you ever had budrot lol, now scared even at the mention of it's name ; ) ...But, I will try these on a 4 hr dark period, as they look like they need some extra tlc somewhere, and the airflow over the plants is pretty much constant. I'll set it to go dark in the middle of the day so I've got a better opportunity to monitor it and keep rh in check, Cheers man

@@Mr_Cannab1sir, tbh the dark us more important than the RH. With incorrect light and no dark your growth will be slow and stunted not achieving the best yield possible. Its been very wet where I am for the last 4 week my rh hasn't gone below 60 with the lights on and 70 with l/O. RH is important for resin and nute uptake when all other factors are dialed in correct. as long as airflow is good you don't have to worry about mildew etc. So you have a choice. Intense light and no dark for reduced yield slow and stunted growth. Or 60% rh with fast growth and no issues with good airflow etc
@chee_52, Cheers man, I'll update it again later on. buds are gettin dense, gave it some pk 4-8 and minimal bloom, then I'll give it a good watering tomorrow. Only takin 2 days to dry up, hungry beast
@Snooziecheesecake, Cheers mate, had some issues with both my mephistis now. Ya want some free advice? Never use bicarbonate of soda/baking soda/powder to bring the ph up...full of phosphoros (how ever ya spell it) lol. Always learnin eh. So yeh, had to flush them both and hopefully they should recover within a week and be ready for a feed. Buds are still developing thankfully
@CiutatVella, Cheers mate, it's been a bit poorly lol, flushed it and refed it lightly with canna bio flores. Hopefully should stop the leaves dyin haha
Thanks for checkin it out boys. Only heard good things about mephisto, seen a good few grown out. UK store was open for about 1.5 - 2 hrs tops before they went out of stock. Seems a lot easier tacklin lst when they're this small, although I'll admit I have no idea if it limits yield due to the amount of stress it puts on it so early on, usually combined with topping too. Maybe it makes no difference, I can see some side by side comparison grows coming in the summer when I slow the groom down due to heat and laziness ;)
