Growing incredibly fast. At 4 weeks they're exploding vertically and horizontally. Doing my best to train outwards from the center. Topped once, 3/4 successful, second round next week. I also moved them to a 5'x5'x80" tent yesterday. Also I've started increasing the nutrient dosage, still only to half strength. Water only on every 3rd watering, ph 6.0
Topped again. Moved to larger tent for better heat mitigation. 5'x5'x80" tent. Transplanted into 5gal fabric pots. Trellis net will go up sometime next week probably
Starting to get an aroma. Stretched quite a bit. I've grown these seeds before and the stretching seems to be an issue no matter what. Easily 3x in size. In the future, if probably do even 4x4 plants instead of 2x2 and not train them.
I started using green sensations instead of the power root and pure clean, per the schedule provided. Stretching has stopped. Two of the four have excellent bud structure and are producing trichomes nicely. The other two however have weak buds, forming sticks almost.
Stretchy, nanners. 1 out of 4 was actually decent. More after the dry/ cure.
Update: this is the second time I've grown these genetics and they failed miserably both times. I'm assuming the seeds came from a hermaphrodite originally and that's why they hermed both times. I started out trying to trim, but it sounded like someone dumping a package of bb's on the table. More seeds than i cared to count. I shucked all the branches for hash, hopefully it's worth something. Just in time to cheer me up from this bad news, my Gelato seeds came in the mail. Germinating tomorrow, hope to see you over at that diary!
