Five weeks after cutting down the Early Miss seedling the same plant is giving me a second crop. I have done regenerating before but not with Ruderalis genetics. Two weeks after I started the regenerate process. I repotted into a larger container same pro mix soil. Regenerating involves keeping healthy green growth and removing all flowers. The new growth was easily seen after one week. I had no idea how a plant that flowers based on morphology instead of chronology. The results are interesting. She has different branches that are at many stages of flowering. There are many new green shoots coming from the base of the plant.
I know the yield won't be great but this Early Miss Phennotype is beautiful to look at. Dark green leaves , vigorous growth , very frosty flowers with a sweet unique flavour.
I wonder if having a biodynamic soil that has no chemical fertilizer allows the plant to recover and regenerate quickly.
As a control I have a second Early Miss Auto at 7 weeks. It has light emerald green leaves and looks similar to the plants I have seen on grows in GD .
