Sour Dragons First Test Grow ruby dragon bx auto x fastbuds original sour diesel auto 9th January 2021 Hey all welcome to another Diary 😀 This one will be a basic test run for some seeds I made awhile back . They are reg seeds so there is a chance of getting both Males and Females within the 4 Plants I have germinated. It all started with this Diary https://growdiaries.com/diaries/83472-ruby-dragon-bx-grow-journal-by-grey-wolf where i grew one plant from some seeds I got from a guy here in Australia who goes by the name Puggles. he informed me that the Ruby Dragon BX ( back cross) were basically to be used mainly as a breeders tool when looking at making some Autoflowering seeds. So I grew the plant and it soon became obvious that it was a Male. So not to risk pollinating everything I had in my Garden at the time, I took both the Male Ruby dragon and a Freshly flowering Fastbuds Sour Diesel out into the Bush several kilometers from my House to have some "Sexy Time" together. This was the Diary showing what was achieved from the Sour Diesel pollination event. https://growdiaries.com/diaries/81054-fastbuds-original-auto-sour-diesel-grow-journal-by-grey-wolf So basically I gave the seeds plenty of time to mature and dry before attempting to Germinate some. The First try was a failure as I did the soak in water then paper towel method , which these seeds did not seem to like as they all turned to Mush and were Fucked. The next attempt was better , this time I only allowed the seeds to soak in water for 6 hours then placed them straight into some seedraising mix , kept it moist until they popped. As you will see in the above pics there is one plant that is a Week ahead of the others , this was from a single seed germination test done the same way as the other few that are in the above pics. 😎 My Goal now that they are up and running is to Monitor their growth from Seedling to Harvest , taking note of anything that is interesting or even negative about each plant , their initial vigor or lack there of . Plus being auto's i will watch to see how quickly they begin to flower ( preferably at the 4-5 week mark is ideal) and the usual post harvest tests such as potency , flavour , taste and smells. I have a willing growing mate @Shooey who will test some , I just need to send him the beans first 😁 (PM me mate) If the end result is a good one , then I will definately attempt to make some Feminised versions of the Sour Dragons .
