Increasing the humidity seemed to help jumpstart growth. At the end of week two, the first sets of five fingered leaves have formed and there's growth at the lower nodes.
Two big changes from week 1:
Light schedule changed to 24/0 to help control climate
Light intensity was significantly reduced after purchasing a lux meter and reading up on DLI
