Hey team Its been a pretty cruizy week, checking in on the garden daily, and these little ones have been thirsty. I think perhaps they were a bit underwatered the week before. I'm now using moister meters in the pots to help me get better grip on watering frequency and amounts, and finding very helpful. Also been alternating IPM foiler sprays (Dr Zymes, Pure crop 1) and giving them a folier feed of green supreme plant tonic, which is mostly aloe and kelp. They look like they've recovered from the topping last week, and are starting to grow out a bit more than straight up. No 5 is noticeably lankier than the rest of them, and looks a bit different. Is this more likely to be a male or genetic variation?? We will see! Need to get them into their final home of 7 gallon pots at least a week before flipping the lights, but I don't think they're ready for the transplant yet. Learning a great deal in this grow, and I feel it's already going much better than my previous/first grow. Loving this hobby, and appreciate you all so much. Peace

Grow Questions

Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am. I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night. Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.

What I would probably do is turn the lights on for 24hrs for a few days . Then switch the lights to the 4 to 10 cycle . That's just what I would do I'm sure others with more experience will know better. I don't think you will trigger flowering as they require at least 12hrs of darkness. Except autos of course.
