Growth has been pretty good this week, and the girls are looking great. I did move one of them outside, no. 5 the lanky one, for a couple of reasons. First of all I, thought it was turning hermaphrodite. It looked like it was starting to pop male pollen sacks, but given time I would learn I had been mistaken. Famle pistols ended up cracking out. It was also growing out of control, and stretching way more than the other 2 girls. And I think ive still got enough warm days left in the season to finish her outdoors, and thought I'd put her in a nice sunny place as a bit of a comparison to the indoor grow.

Grow Questions

Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am. I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night. Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.

What I would probably do is turn the lights on for 24hrs for a few days . Then switch the lights to the 4 to 10 cycle . That's just what I would do I'm sure others with more experience will know better. I don't think you will trigger flowering as they require at least 12hrs of darkness. Except autos of course.
