J_diaz420 Welcome!!
To germinate, I leave them for 2 to 3 days between damp paper, then I transfer them to substrate and leave them in the dark for at least 12 hours before turning on the first light cycle of 18 hours, where they start to sprout immediately.

J_diaz420 I'm taking a big risk by doing this grow in the middle of summer here in Chile. Setting the light cycle at night helps a lot to maintain the ideal temperature since the coolness of the night balances the environment, reducing the heat in the tent, although I can't escape the heat when the lights turn on (6 PM) where the temperature stays at 30Β° until 10 PM when it starts to normalize with the coolness of the night. I hope that these moments of high temperature, as well as the high temperature during the plants' rest hours because the tent is in a bedroom in the middle of summer, don't bring any consequences and I can successfully carry out this grow. During this week, I'm watering each plant very little to avoid stunting the roots, as small plants without a good amount of roots formed are very susceptible to being stunted by excess water. Right now they need a lot of humidity in the environment, but be careful not to overwater or the plants will be stunted. I hope this continues to go well like it has so far. Happy growing!!

J_diaz420 Trying to survive the high temperatures and low humidity of summer with the help of the humidifier and air circulation. By the end of this week, weβll start with the first dose of vegetative. We'll see how they behave next week to determine which technique to use in this grow.

J_diaz420 In some #redhotcookies, the lankier ones have their cotyledon and the first node pruned so that on transplant day, the stretching can be fixed by burying it under the second node. On day 20, a transplant from 1 to 7 liters is done, and the first tie from the stem to the pot is made to start LST.

J_diaz420 After the transplant, I immediately started doing LST with a tie from the central stem to the edge of the pot. Diatomaceous earth was applied to the substrate for prevention and silicon contribution.

J_diaz420 This is the last week of vegetation.
On day 29, apical pruning is done on each of the plants.
On day 33, defoliation of the large leaves coming from the central stem is performed.
On day 34, the SCROG net is placed.
On day 35, the light cycle is changed, marking the last day of the vegetative stage.

J_diaz420 First week of flowering and as the buds grow, I'm moving them under the net trying to keep the arms higher at the edges. I've been foliar feeding with delta 9, which was given in low doses to the substrate when starting the flowering photoperiod.

J_diaz420 I think the plants got too crowded, a lot of tips without light, so I'm going to do some defoliation and tie some down to place the tips in available space. I think it was a mistake to put too many sativa plants close together since I see them competing for light, and that just makes them grow and grow. I hope I can keep it under control. π
J_diaz420 Everything is more organized, just a little bit left, this genetic variety is truly fast and a beautiful red color can be seen on one of them, the others in the back are also red but a bit lighter, anyway, someday I will repeat this genetic variety πΉ
