WEEK 1
Day 1
All of them girls seems to be ready to begin our long journey so I decided to end the seedling stage and begin counting in a vegetative stage.
After 6 hours of dark period I changed the lighting to 70W per light and the time schedule will be 18/6 from now. Turned on the ventilation (without the carbon filter now) so the RH dropped to 50-60%. Temperature was 22C at night and 24C during the day.
I also fed them with the solution I have prepared the day before. I started with 400ml per pot and will see how hungry the pot medium is. I hope they will like it.
Later that day I decided to add another 200ml of the solution because I didn´t cover the whole surface before and the medium started to look dry at the edges.
I ended up with total dosage of 600ml/pot that day.
Day 2
Leaves got much bigger from yesterday on all of the girls but I noticed that one of the #4´s cotyledons is rolled down under the rest of leaves. And since I dont really know how to help her harmlessly I decided to not touch it and see if it gets better it self or what sort of defect will it cause.
When it comes to irrigation, the pots medium seems to be the same wet as yesterday so I am going to skip feeding for today.
Day 3
Today I irrigated every single pot with 800ml of my prepared solution.
#2 scared me when she bended down during the irrigation process so I had to make a support structure with a wire.
I am pretty sure it is caused by her height of 8cm, which is the same height as #4 that I equipped with the same structure as well. #1 and #3 are 6cm, with no signs of tending to bend.
The lights are in the same height and both powered with the same wattage so I am wodering why did they stretch so much when the others did´nt… I am pretty curious about how the girls will look next weeks.
Day 4
I am gonna skip the feeding just like in Day 2 because the medium is still pretty wet.
I only re-adjusted the support structure on #4 because she changed the direction she grows a little bit, when I recentered the pots under the lighting.
All of them seems to be pretty healthy to me and I hope I am not gonna hate myself when reading this statement in future. :D
Day 5
Eventhough I made the structure to support #2 from bending, I found her bended right on the on the medium so I re-adjusted the support properly. The medium was still wet so the watering I planned for today wasn´t needed. Also found some kind of mold on the wooden sticks with their names so I had to take them out to prevent spreading to the medium.
Day 6
The medium got ready to be watered again so I used 1L/pot of my prepared solution. This is gonna be the last dose of this solution. I am gonna higher the nutrients dosage for the next week feeding.
Day 7
I think that my girls didnt like the amount of solution they got yesterday. In other words I simply overwatered them. Its leaves got little thicker and wet and also started to head down. So from now I am just gonna let the medium to dry out. I am curious to see the consequencs its gonna have in future.
