Ok so i started germing some of sweet seeds gear an i figured id do 3 seperate diaries one for each strain. I wana document each grow as good as i can since im guna be using some organic highbrix supersoil for these n the plants jus turn out insanely great. An this time i got some really gud lookn strains. So for this diary im guna be showing the Crystal Candy XL auto from Sweet Seeds. I wana give a special thanx to sweet seeds for sponsoring this diary. If it wasnt for there great work i wudnt be where i am 2day. There strains are what helped me make it threw recovery of getting off opiates. I was on fentanyl 100mcg patches every 2days plus 12 oxy a day an now im all clean. An if it wasnt for being able 2 hve my own medical medication not from the doctors tht fuked me up in the first place but with real medicine lol. Anyway im guna be doing these puppies in 10 gallon totes. So they should get nice an big. So far i jus got them in the water over night then will be putting them into a paper towel if needed. The last autos i did started sprouting lil plants right in the water an it was like only 14 hours after i put them in lmao. So we will see if i even need the paper or not haha.
Ok so got the girls off 2 a great start. So since they jus popped up above the soil line ill be sticking to plain ro water. Once they get alil older an more established in the actual HB soil ill start doing the HB feeds. This soil is so potent tht since i gave it xtra time to cook cuz i didnt have room till others finished. That i decided to give alil bigger then i normally do buffer pile of plain promix in a hole to start the seed in. An as it grows it will grow into the hb soil. It helps so the soil dont end up burning up the lil girls b4 they get there chance to really shine lol. So till they reach the hb soil ill jus do plain ro water for now. I jus do a ring of water around the base of the plant like 2 inches away an jus circle the plant to help incourage its roots 2 grow out.
The girls have received there first transplant drench an will now only get plain ro water. Till they get about 5 nodes then i will begin alternating the drenches.
Ok so finally started the start of the 2nd set of veg drenches the growth drench. Now things are about to really hit high gear lol. Now tht we got both sets of drenches in action now the plants really tend to take off fast now. Now is wen they will start looking there best. Well as long as i keep the humidity raised enuf. I need to get my monster mister humidifier out an running cause its pretty dry up here where im growing at. But yea so far things are jus cruising along nicely.
Ok so we are starting to hit flower now an she is making some nice solid lil colas. She isnt super super long so im guessing she will be one of those ones tht is like solid bud all the way dwn to the stem lol. I hope she turns out some thick buds then her size won't be tht big of an issue lol. But even still she is starting to uptake alot more water wen I feed her as well as how quick she needs to be fed again. Im noticing she can use a watering every 3 days or so versus b4 she was doing about once a week. So with this increase in nutrition uptake has me thinking she will make some nice size buds come harvest time. Atleast thts what im hoping for lol. I orderd my Cationic Drench to so it shud be here in the next day r so. So tht will be gud cause it will be here in time for next week to hit her with a Cat Drench an really get the party started lol
Ok so I started the girls tht r in flower mode now on there first set of cationic drench with alil tea. So far the plant isn't super super tall but seems to be filling out nicely for her size. So im not complaining lol. I bet she makes some nice quality buds. Wen I get up an smell the buds she has a sour kinda smell at first but turns like sweet rite after so im very excited to see how she turns out by the end.
Ok so I found out i was underfeeding the girls alot lol. Now I gave them a full dose of the growth drench with alil tea. An even tho I was underfeeding she still looks great lol. She is really starting to pack on the frost now. I cant wait to see how big she fully gets an how frosty the buds end up. But as its looking now ill be able 2 do a really nice concentrate run with her thts forsure. If the buds r already this frosty jus wait till harvest time comes lol.
So yea she is starting g to get super fat now lol. An these buds are insanely dense lol. Im excited to try this one out cause she jus smells amazing so I bet the flavor is jus as gud if not better lol. But yea she smells like a citrus kind of smell almost like pineapple but with sumthn else added tht I cant quite put my finger on but it's very sweet smelling an amazing lmao. An its also got gassy hints to her as well as sum kind of stankyness/danky kind of smell so all in all she is a very great one to have an with how thick these buds r getting it kinda makes up for how short they ended up. But thts what I can expect from one with more indica to her lol. Its crazy I look at her an she is getting so thick I wud think she getn close to done n I start thinking bout choping her but then I give her sum water n bam she throws out fresh waves of hairs lol. Plus I kinda looked at her triches sum n she still has a ton of clear as well as alot of cloudy to but still if she got this much clear then she still got sum more growing to be able 2 do lmao.
Ok so this week didn't do much cept give her a growth drench with alil tea. An also did a small defo on her as well. Other then tht she kinda jus sat on auto pilot. She is getting a super sweet kinda smell with a hint of sumthn sour/citrusy to it also. Idk exactly what it is but it smells great lol. She is kinda slowing down on how fast she uses up each feeding I give her I noticed she was doing every 2 to 3 days an now when the girls r all ready for a feeding she takes about another day day ana half till she is ready. But the buds jus keep getting thicker an thicker lmao. I am starting to notice they r turning more orange colored but then the next day ill come out n bam they got a whole new fresh layer of bright white hairs hahaha. So im very excited to see what she comes in at for a yield come harvest time.
Becareful of this one it can have budrot happen very easily if left to go to long an its 2 humid she will rot out. I caught her jus in time an jus a speck of it was found an I was able 2 cut it out n save her only lost prolly about a bowls worth tht I cut out so not bad at all but jus figured id point it out for any1 else who wants to grow this strain. But she is still some fire buds thts 4 sure jus ridiculous amounts of resin an jus huge dense buds so very happy with the turn out
This is a very great strain easy to grow n get nice sized yields jus watch the rh% towards the middle of flower on towards the end. Cause she can get bud rot very easily if left unattended n jus left to grow these buds are huge an loaded with ridiculous amounts of resin. But I managed to catch her jus in time n so got some nice top shelf meds coming soon. Got her drying now an with how thick these buds r im sure its guna take alil bit lol.

Thanx man im pretty excited about this round i havnt had the highbrix soil out ina while this will be the first round since coming back to highbrix gardening.

Yea this is the 1st time ive ran this strain b4. But now tht i got my highbrix organic super soil back out 2 play pretty much everything i do in it tends to turn out a general fire. Once i grow out this strain once then ill know what lil xtra things i can do tht she wud like to boost those fine details even more. Like the getting the flavor to be more potent or even get her to be a sweeter flavor. Some strains if u finish them on a growth drench versus a transplant drench n make it alil heavier then normal the buds will end up with a sweeter flavor. But sum strains like a heavier catatonic drench at the end. It all comes down to the strain genetics in the end. Depending how she was made an with what traits locked in will depend what she wants in the end. An the only way to find out is to find out lmao.
