Have received award prizes for last grow from Fast Buds, thank you guys!
Have placed a West Coast O.G. seed from it between 2 moist cotton pads for 1day.
Have replaced the popped seed into rockwool cube and placed the cube into Waterfarm pot from GHE. Watch further development by pictures;)
Modifications on Waterfarm:
- Big Airstone: drilled a 0,2cm hole in outer pot / placed airstone with pump in outer pot = solution is continiously enriched with O2
- Feeding Tube: drilled a 2cm hole in inner pot / placed a 0,5m tube = handy way to feed CO2 tabs and additional support for plant's stem
- Protection: Added a screen around the young plant = prevebts the nutrient water splashes on leaves of young plant
Hello!
We got damaged first leaves in this week. Probably because of remaining nutes splashes, irritations by old protective screen or something else. I have optimizes the screen but it was already too late but this shouldn't be a big issue.
I wanted to test how Mykorrhiza will work in a Hydroponics in this grow, so I have added some granulates into substrate. The mushroom seems to like it there - solution water is getting extremely bubbly in 3-4 days after refill. Bubbles are caused by expanded Myko-micel, it seems - will further observe and report.
Beside of that, everything seems to run normal. Will cut damaged first leaves soon.

Mid of this week I have discovered first stigmas - it's a girl! ;) Also the tender pink skin of lowest stem node has been cracked - a baby becomes mature.
The plant and Mykorrhiza cultures are becoming best friend, so it looks to me at least.
I have removed both side-brunches of the lowest node - they looked too slow to me compared with development of the higher ones.
No complains otherwise. Seeing daily progression of this girl is making me almost scared - she is very fast and powerful. An O.G. girl indeed, I love it!
What has happened in this week?
We gained approx. 10cm in height and 20cm in wide. Very compact grow with lot of brunches and sub-brunches, nice!
End of the week I discovered the roots - she made her way out of substrate pot and will reach solution water soon - curious if we see a visible boost when it happens.
And finally we got dimmers for our sanlight lamps - now the girl is enjoying simulated sunrise every morning. I will do everything to make our little beauty happy:)
Also I got an EC meter now. My solution has a high figure but the plant seems to handle it smoothly. However, I will check EC regularly now and try not to overload the solution in future.
No trainings in this week.
What is next week?
I will switch the solution to pre-flowering diet.
Will try to LST the lower side-brunches and will make defoliation.
I made a bit of LST on her, to increase canopy area. She didn't seem to care about it much, all good.
She made excellent preparation for blooming. A lot of little healthy pre-buds are joy for my eyes!
Smell has switched from none to weak but very recognizable odor of young weed just from one day to another, mid of the week.
We also got a bit of sugar on top leaves by end of this week already, happy.
Roots are growing good, as per schedule I think.
I have enjoyed to watch her progressions in this week a LOT! Very nice performance by preparations for flowering phase!
I am planing to keep her on pre-flowering diet next week. I think stretching is on the way. Very curious to see what she want to show us next :)
Gained 4cm of height, I think we have skipped the stretching and just continue with flowering.
Have started to feed her with flowering diet. Changed light schedule to 20h. Continue with LST and defoliation.
She shows strong and steady development of flowers and trichomas, I like to see this white carpet enrolling on her green leaves.
There are trichs on fan leaves which I have defoliated. Sorted and am drying them, will use DME on them later when enough material is gathered.
I am curious what she want to show us next week. This girl has a card blanch by me - she can do whatever she want - I think we both work toward same target.
Same height - she stopped stretching.
Nice and steady flower production. Buds are slowly swelling up, this is sexy.
High increase of water consume by mid of week.
Smell got also much stronger. Very pleasant, very rich, not very defined yet - would say it smells currently like sugar-/watermelon & citrus.
+1cm height.
Slow but steady grow, I see at least 1-2 new flowers on every bud every day.
Started to shoot new leaves with rounded tips, guess real sugar leaves.
Gathered enough material for DME extraction, got 1,4g out of 14g of young leaves with trichs. Have tested it in my Dynavape, oh my... will add more details in harvest week, but it is very good already. Vaped without visible residues.
On top tips of colas appear first dark/purple flowers, we watch closely on that!

+1cm of height - a micro grow, I guess. Well, probably not as much yield as last time but much easier in maintenance this time for that.
A bit of scared by amount of dried hairs/pistils. Think to start to ripen already.
I love purple color on top of colas!
Looking at all those golden dry hair I have decided to skip Ripen and go on with flush. I think a right decision - there were no new flowers development and by end of the week 95% of her hairs is dry.
All trichomas are alpine white and many.
Very dark purple flowers at tops of colas, flashed by looking at them!
Strong and very intense smell of ripe lemons and a bit of mango. Sugar leaves adds a bit of a diesel, lovely.
Cut some lower "popcorn" buds for testing, drying. Wondering how dense the real buds are going to be, considering her "popcorns";)

Vape:
Something if you really want to get high.
Have tested her early extracts and some buds drying for 3-4 weeks - LOVE it!
Takes you immediately while you vape and keeps you there for a while.
Highly recommend to try yoga with her! Also love to punch my boxing sack, amazing for sex as well.
Could get difficult to focus on solving abstract things. Memory leaks possible.
A potent pain killer.
Maybe not an every day weed for me but definitely one of my favorite to get high.
Smell/Taste:
Currently very reach and intense lemon, mango, wood mix. We just started to cure - smell get warmer and rounder every day - imaging what amazing taste we get in 1-2 month!
Grow:
She died way too early in this grow - I constantly over-flooded her by mistake and she caught root rot by week 3 or 4 already. Considering this fact the results are overwhelming to me - 50g of high quality product by a 32cm plant in 10 weeks!
Very fast, very productive and robust plant.
Nice amounts of extract from sugar leafs (approx. 0,2g crystals from 1g leafs, maybe more).
Very dense buds (only half of volume for same weight compared with my previous grow).
I loved to maintain and watch her grow. Almost black top flowers on top colas are a bomb!
I will re-grow her in a while.
Cut her after one week of flushing, dried by under 50% RH. Got crack-dry in one week, curing in fridge by 62% RH.
I had some buds I cut earlier, curing for 3 weeks and extracts from sugar leafs, tested it... Very strong and energizing. Better to have a possibility to move yourself when you smoke her. At least to me she gives almost irresistible urge to move :)
As already mentioned - main issue in this grow was the root rot caused by my mistake. I understood what I made wrong and will try to avoid it in future.
I liked to use root fungus but I had too much "experiments" with it in this grow - will try to refine this technique better in next grows.
I am happy to have managed RH and other minor things much better this time. Looks like I am gaining experience, I like growing.
