So, missed the delivery for my new seeds so can't start all my intended grows. This Fat Banana was always planned to be on the grow anyway so thought I'd get started without the rest.
Presoaked my Coco with Canna A+B & Rhiztonic, Ph'd around 6. Making sure to get just a small amount of runoff then put my seed straight in and sprayed the top soil.
I pretty much won't do anything for at least a week (few days after she sprouts) when I will just keep spraying the top soil until she's ready for the first feed.
This method is pretty tried and tested. I've only ever had one seed fail to pop using this way so fingers crossed!

Week 1 done!
No problems popping this Fat Banana. Took around 2-3days to sprout which is usual and seems to have taken off nicely!
Just sprayed the top soil with plain water for the first 7 days but will now move on to light feeding.

Week 2 coming to a close! Strong start! Had
some really good growth this week! Started to feed this and can't wait to seen what the next few weeks bring!!
DAY 10:
18th - Fed roughly 2 cups
20th - Fed roughly 4 cups
Will continue to up the feeding throughout next week.

End of week 3. This Fat Banana is really taking off! Some very good growth this week.
Started LST early this week and need to make sure I keep on top as I had to move into a smaller tent.
23rd - Fat Banana fed 6 cups
26th - Fat Banana fed 8 cups
Onto next week.
End of week 4. This Fat Banana is starting to get a smell to it and is looking like its entering preflower.
Carried on with LST this week, so far no problems🙌🤞
Added a small amount of Canna boost to last night's feed. Just 1 ml per L
1st March - Fat Banana fed 2L
4th March - Fat Banana fed 2.5L
7th March - Fat Banana fed 2.5L

This Fat lady is Hungry!!! 😂 Following a feeding schedule I thought would lead to overwatering problems but this Fat Banana is absolutely guzzling her food!! I always go off how much run off I'm getting and she took 4L without breaking a sweat. Really enjoying this grow so far and can't wait to see how it ends up!
Did a fair bit off defoliation this week but will probably go easy now as we have entered flowering. Continued LST this week also.
7th - Fed Fat Banana fed 4L.
10th - Fed Fat Banana fed 4.5.

Another solid week. Seem to be dealing well with the small space. Heat can sometimes drift a bit high but nothing major.
Feeding so much is taking some getting used to 😂 she's taking 4.5litres easily each feed. Slightly upped the nutrients again.

Another week gone. Seems like in the space of a week I've gone from a nice small plant to a very tall one 😂 had a huge stretch this week.
Other than that no problems. If she stretches much more I'll have to get the big tent back out.

Finally stopped stretching 😬 starting to get some bud growth finally. Smells pretty f*cking good though 😂
The stems we're getting a bit too wavy so I've added support.

Soooo. What a journey! This will be my last week before harvest as I will be chopping 4 days from now. Been flushing for almost a week now and will do so until the weekend.
Not going to lie, I'm slightly amazed how much she's packed on in weight over the last 2-3weeks. Feared once she grew so tall I wouldn't get as dense buds but she's packing it on big time, not only in length but they're getting pretty solid now too.
Had to support some branches tonight as they're struggling under the weight of the buds. Looking kind of frosty on the buds too which you love to see and the smell... Amazing. Can't wait to smoke in a few weeks!!!!
Time to start thinking about the line up for my next grows 😁

Wow. I asked for a strain that was pretty hard hitting and fruity. That's exactly what I got!!
Never grown a banana strain and this didn't disappoint. Buds absolutely stink of fruitiness and banana and it really comes out in the taste. In terms of taste and smell this strain is right up there for me! Ended up with some really nice long buds too and a nice yield especially for the space I was using. Definitely going to run this strain again!

@ChaoCius, ye this one started out really small but during the stretch almost tripled in size. Got some huge buds of this. Unfortunately it's all been smoked now 😂😭
Nice Line up bro , only one I've grown is fat banana.and I can say you're in for a nice treat 😉 I'm gonna start some new grows today as well. Think I got like 9 strains in a meter this time😂
