I put the seeds in a 2dl glass of water mixed with liquid seaweed (5ml) for 24 hours and then transferred them onto moist paper towel placed between two plates and put on top of my fridge. After 24 hours three Mimosa Lemon Auto Fem and three Black Light CBD Auto Fem seeds cracked. I left them on the towel for another 24 hours during which time the tap roots grew to about 1.5cm and then transferred them into pots. 1l pots were filled with my soil mixture and slightly pressed. About 3cm deep hole was filled with about half of teaspoon of Root mix which was then covered with a bit of soil and germinated seeds placed inside. I filled the gap with soil and covered the seed with a thin layer as well. On top of the soil and about 3cm away from the seeds I placed a few Boost Organic Nutrition pellets. After another 24 hours, one more Mimosa Lemon and one Seedsman Northern Light Auto Fem cracked on the towel. They were again left for additional 24 hours during which time Mimosa's tap root grew to about the same size (1.5cm) whereas that of the NL didn't and stayed about 0.5cm long. Both were panted following the same procedure as the first ones. At a time of planting the second batch of germinated seeds, plants from the first one already came out of the soil reaching about 1 cm in height and having two sucker leaves. The pots were placed in a small compartment with two Twin 60cm long LED Batten light producing white light (6500K) using 25W and emitting 3000lm each. The lights are about 50cm above the plants. The compartment has a heater which heats it to 25 degrees Celsius. RH is 65%. The soil was watered prior to planting with clean rain water having pH 6.5.

Hi fellow growers, could someone please tell me what are a pear shaped buds on my Mimosa Lemon Auto Fem plant. She is in 12th week and her buds are big (she is about 37cm high). I am just afraid that it is something (like banana) and that I must take immediate action. Thx

Hi! It is not always nute burn or pH down the culprit, intense led lights, or hps lights do exactly the same, because all your plants looks healthy and green lower down canopy, but main top fan leaves and buds, especially n3 are suffering I believed from too much lights... Can you use dimmers and bend down gently top buds so they reached secondary canopy and higher up light if no dimmers for a bit?

@Eauderay, Hi, first thank you very very much for taking a look at my diary and also giving me comments about my grow. It is my first one and I am walking in the dark here. If I see something going on with my plants I have to go around and look. For a newbie, it is very hard to distinguish between different problems. I raised the lamp (today). The distance I put in the diary is measured from the tallest one (i.e. ML1) meaning the smaller ones have even more distance, nevertheless I did that because I thought it might be a factor. Regardless I am still concerned about my nutes because of the readings I get (ppm 4500+). I really appreciate you taking time to talk to me
