jenijane I’m starting my first grow from seed🤞🏻
I’m going to grow only one plant this time. I want to be able to focus my love on just one. The seeds I bought are not feminized and do not auto flower. I’m in part looking forward to getting a boy and getting some seeds. Hopefully I will not be eating my words.
Time to enjoy the grape pie from the last harvest and get😑

jenijane Been 3 weeks and the seed popped within a few days. I set it in rock wool and pushed it down into the soil and covered it. A few days later it broke though the soil. I put the light to 40%.
It looks like it’s getting its third set of true leaves. So it seems to be going well this far.

jenijane Things are moving along nicely. Getting pretty full. I’m going to start adding nutrients this week. I think I could have added them sooner but decided to error on the side of caution. It got much larger this week & I’m happy about that!

jenijane I’m seeing excellent growth... in my opinion anyway. I did a FIM this week. It’s pretty thick... looks like it’s gonna be short & stout!

jenijane I see some little fucker/fuckers are gnawing on my baby. I’m most displeased. I added a strip of yellow sticky tape & see some microscopic icky somethings on it.. hopefully I’ll kill them and their kids and their eggs before too long.
Other than that... everything seems to be going well. I’m expecting to trigger to flower this week or next.

jenijane I think I got rid of the bugs. A few more corpses but I’m not seeing any more leaf damage. It’s kind of a beast. I think I need to start flowering earlier.
jenijane It was a boy. I’ve never actually seen one. I was able to sex it pretty early.
I wanted a boy to try my hand at harvesting pollen & later to try my hand to create a clone.
We shall see. It was a lot of work of hopefully get some pollen but I’m glad I had the experience. The pollen looks mostly yellow... we shall see!
This plant blew me away with how vigorously it was growing. Not sure if was because it was make and/or seed genetics.
Looking good......
Strong genetics you have there. I'm looking forward to see how your FIMing turn out. I attempted it and apparently I didn't do it properly, it didn't work
I get good results topping.
Care how you store your pollen, it dies with humidity. You might need to dehydrate it a lot and keep it dry.
I see ppl putting fluor with it to help dehydrate, and spread easily.
