Can't really see a problem, but a clear and close up picture would have helped answer this question.
White flies suck sap, not chew leaves. Same goes for mites and aphids.
Practically, only caterpillars, grasshoppers or snails/slugs consume leaves.
Some leaves just get small bits missing or even big bits, like 2-7 "fingers" even, for no apparent reason. They just grow with "bits" missing.
Just remember - no plant will have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time, and weird leaves are just a fact of life and nothing to worry about.
