Wasn’t a great grow but still managed to pull of decent bud weight. Had ph issues during flower which wouldn’t go away until late so might have affected yeild. I will definitely grow this strain again.

@Chilipadi, Ow, that looks really handy. Thx for info.
Chilipadi
Chilipadicommented4 years ago
@HonzikkPacman, hi. Thats called LST(low stress training). I pull the stem and leaves down early so they grow with better light exposure. There will be more as they grow to keep bud sites exposed to direct light.

timbarincommentedweek 94 years ago
Looks like you got it under control. The lst is amazingly done and I think it's a toxicity not deficiency.
Chilipadi
Chilipadicommented4 years ago
@timbarin, it was 2 issues i had, a bit of nute burn and ph drift in medium that caused the β€œdeficiencies” ph was pretty high as she’s eating more going into flower. Now she needs tons of water each feed to keep ph stable πŸ˜…

Love your LST. Great spread on the canopy. I am going to try to copy your technique on my next grow. Thanks for sharing all of your picture. They are really helpful. Cheers!

@Growin_it, thanks. Its more of mainlining. You gotta start them early and stretch them out. Good luck , happy growing πŸ€™πŸΌ

Chilipadicommented4 years ago
@Mrs_Larimar, ok thanks for pointing that out. I got new lights too wasnt sure if it was too close or not. I checked par readings at canopy around 900-1000par. Ive raised lights now tq
Mrs_Larimar
Mrs_Larimarcommented4 years ago
@Chilipadi, as the top of your plant is bleached,, yes,, absolutely she shows that since end of vegetation , go back in your diary you see it and for rteferece some pics https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/light-burn I got anew light 3 weeks ago, and i bunt my babies,,,,, same wattage like my other lights, but superstrong led,,,,, lesson learned
Chilipadi
Chilipadicommented4 years ago
@Mrs_Larimar, light burn really? Distance is about 14inch away. Is that ok?

I love toping autos I don't get why people stay away from that.
Chilipadi
Chilipadicommented4 years ago
@timbarin, looks great. U just need to keep the plant in top shape all the way without any issues. Only then u will know. Even this is a first for me topping autos and mainlining it. Experimenting
timbarin
timbarincommented4 years ago
@Chilipadi, Completely agree with that point. I still think we need to experiment and see, for example, i have done the same with my Orange Sherbet growdiaries.com/diaries/91010-fastbuds-orange-sherbet-auto-grow-journal-by-timbarin and personally i think it turned better than other Autos i've done Thoughts?
Chilipadi
Chilipadicommented4 years ago
@timbarin, its tricky i say, it either goes well or not. All depends on plants health at that time. It is possible if you’re willing to take the risk πŸ€™πŸΌ
