Welcome back to my Forum Stomper grow, Week 6 and we're really flowering now!
Nutrient solution has gotten back to a healthy level now, after she was running a bit high in the runoff for a couple of weeks. I have been watering with plain water a bit more, usually twice in between each nutrient feed to get it back down. Numbers this week are at 1039 PPM in and 1074 PPM in the run off. (Note: my water sits around 350 PPM out of the tap.)
Day 35 - Height: 14"
This plant is really turning into a bit of a monster. There's bud sites growing everywhere, almost on any open space of branch, a bud site is popping up. I'm really looking forward to seeing how she keep going. She's still really delicate, I'm feeding very little nutrients, though she's finally stopped clawing now it seems, which is good. I was thinking today as I was watering that this would be the perfect plant for a beginner to grow, as it requires almost nothing in terms of nutrients and at the same time, really teaches you about the level of restraint needed when growing Autoflowers. Anyway, easy growing, just watering mainly in a pattern of water > water > nutrients > repeat and measuring runoff, which is still coming out a little high, but should balance out as time passes with this watering schedule.
Day 39 - Height: 14"
Runoff has got back to a perfect level now, which is actually the first time since I started with nutrients, so finally I guess this plant is up-taking a decent amount of feed. She's really an ugly, bushy monster, but hey I'm not complaining, because she's going to be full of bud I'm fairly sure. I did defoliate quite a bit this evening, but I think it might be an ongoing project for the next couple of weeks, taking a few leaves off here and there. She's started to smell quite strong too as well now, nothing overwhelming but definitely there's a scent around the grow space now. It's a very dirty, muddy, earthy scent with quite strong gasoline vibes. I'm going to drop a touch of calmag into her feed late this week or early next week, which is pretty much standard for my water at this point of the grow, along with a 1ml/L dose of BioBizz Grow for the Nitrogen, just to stop too much of the lower foliage fading too fast, because she's definitely starting to lose the lush green colour about now, which is totally to be expected given she's full into flower. Looking good though and has a lot of promise! Should be a couple of interesting weeks ahead to see how much the buds develop on all the flower sites!
Thanks for reading, grow well! x
@MrHightimes, cheers dude, still learning about training, but definitely getting there with it. Nice to have something else to fuck about with every day tbh lol
Looking good ๐๐ป
Good luck on the grow and diary ๐๐โค๏ธ
Great choice definitely one i would like ๐๐ป
Happy growing #420 โค๏ธ
I predict some frosty nugs โ๏ธ
I just to know. i bought Biobizz full set on last week and i started diary on week2. I very confused for fish-mix and Bio-grow why can't mixed them together. And what i should choose for vegetative?
i stressed high runoff for a bit then said fuck it. i grow in Coco and they say that it's not a good way to base things. Blue labs 6.1 seems to be my magic spot
For that matter I use the ppm pen too i got but don't actually gage things with it... i'm dropping 1400 ppm in and they LOVE it.... from what i've read it should be nuking them....
dont stress that ppm to much either
Your excell datasheet is priceless, thank you so much, I am a complete beginner and it shows me how often per week it is good to feed with nutrients, thank you so much.
