hello and welcome to uh (week 2) of these do si dos and peyote critical strain grows, as you may have noticed i deleted the previous weeks and decided to move on from the disaster of the first germination and seedling process. the two plants are doing well so far and i'm also seeing some second node growth on both plants so hopefully nothing goes wrong. I noticed for every first feeding I do for every grow, they seem to have some sort of nutrient burn or deficiency which leads me to believe that my measurements for nutrients might need to be changed so that they grow more naturally. I could also just use plain ph water but it disrupts the schedule i set up for each grow. I've seen people wing the nutrient feeding for every different grow they do each time and although that sounds ideal, I feel like I should experiment with both soil and soilless mediums and overall try different techniques.
I've also decided they seemed healthy enough to just replant them in bigger fabric pots so i don't have to deal with that later on, they love the space and the sun and it's a good change from being in a sun room and isolated from stale air.I don't have much to say about this week, the plants are doing great and the weather is awesome but i'd like to give insight on my experience so far and hopefully it helps with others growing in the same situation i'm in as well. until next time!
So is this like a stump of a plant you harvested and you are regenerating it into a new plant or something? Why are all the leaves so mutated looking? And this is week 11? None of this makes sense to me.
