So far everything is going well. Spraying with distilled water every other day. Been a bit cloudy so no much actually sunlight but tomorrow promises 80’s with plenty of sun. I don’t know what’s wrong with the Blue Dream. It was actually the first to sprout a tap root and all seeds were treated the same and potted the same. I will wait another week to see if the yellow changes, but if anyone knows feel free to comment. I have another seed to start just incase this one doesn’t make it. I’m using Fox Farm Ocean Forest for the soil and haven’t added any nutrients, I’ll wait a few weeks before I give them anything other than water between 6-6.5ph

Blue Dream is already showing a yellow leaf. Was the first to show tap root and all seeds were treated the same and planted in fox forest ocean forest with no added nutrients and watered with Distilled water at 6ph. Not sure if I should be worried now or not.

That's the thing the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil has nutrients in it and can be too strong for seedlings sometimes, this actually happens all the time, if you're going to use the Fox Farm brand for soil, you should go with Happy Frog it's just as good but doesn't burn the seedlings.

For a first week I would guess the majority (excluding blue Dream) are growing steadily with only having 3 days of actual sunlight. Luckily the next 2 weeks so far so sunny days with high temps from 72-82 so they’ll get plenty of sun. Still just watering with ph water of 6-6.2 until they get big enough for me to transplant to 1 gallon. Their final home will be 20gallons but I’m going to wait for now. Gelat.OG is among the biggest and fastest growing so far. White widow and blueberry are right behind at an equal pace to one another. Unfortunately Blue Dream hasn’t been as strong as the others. Hopefully these next 2 weeks of sun helps it along. If not I’ll discard and try again with a different method but I have faith.

This week has been beautiful with great sunshine which has really made the babies grow at a better pace. Gelat.OG still leading the charge with size. White widow and Blueberry are right behind looking good. Blue Dream is recovering from the bad slow start but is thriving with the weather. Watering about every day. Switching to spring water from distilled to add miner nutrients. Will put in their 20gal homes hopefully by week 5 at this pace.

Everyone’s looking good so far. Had some windy days but still good weather. Started leaving them outside overnight just so they can get the full early morning sun. White Widow looks like she’s catching up with Gelat.OG. Still just water every 1.5/2 days.

Very unfortunate week. Had to leave town for 4 days and had someone to water and check on the plants. Unfortunately even though it was cloudy outside they went 2 days without watering and started to look droopy then the pH level of the water I tested when I got back was way too high so that caused yellowing. Been feeding them the correct pH level water and added a tiny bit of Big Bloom to help with any missing nutrients. Crazy enough the slight drought and high pH didn’t seem to effect the Blue Dream at all. She went from being the runt of the bunch to now looking like the healthiest one. Have a few sunny days coming and I plan on transplanting them into their final 20gal homes of Fox Farm Ocean Forest and begin their liquid nutrients 2 weeks after that. I know first time growers go through some ups and downs but hopefully there guys survive and finally get bigger and last the whole season.

Weather has ramped up so I thought it was time to transplant to their 20gal homes. From what they looked like last week, now they look livelier more than ever. Hopefully the month of May I see some significant growth out of these little ones but can’t lie and say I’m not worried on how they’ll turn out. Idk if the white pistils now on 2 of them are just showings of them being female or actually flowering. No lights have changed only increase outdoor with bare minimum of 13 and according to my location I’m at 13.3hrs of daylight. I guess we’ll wait and see

Happy Cinco de Mayo! So let’s begin with mistakes we’re made early but there are some things I’m going to try. It’s been raining every other day with sunshine too so I haven’t been watering them myself and I must say they are looking better and better each day. The gelat.og and Blue Dream are definitely in preflower at this point while the blueberry and white widow are growing steadily. I decided to top the 2 that weren’t in pre-flower and started LST on all of them. Now the big plan for this grow is to try something different. I’ll be placing all 4 into 1 or 2gal pots and letting them grow however they feel like. Early harvest or whatever they want. I have already started germinating a fresh batch of the same strains (this time going to learn from my mistakes like starting soil, watering, and weather is better now than 2 months ago. Hopefully these new seeds will grow how I hoped for and I’ll probably start another diary for them once their first week is done. Down but not out!

So transplanted them out of the 20gal into the 3gal. They took that very well with no slow growth or any other changes. Haven’t been watering because it’s been raining every other day and sunny on the others and they seem to always love the that better. Hopefully can add nutes this next week to the 2 that are still in veg and separate nutes to the ones in flower. Started new grow in solo cups for the upcoming 20gals. Hopefully they’ll be ready for their transfer by the end of the month. May start a dairy for them but undecided.

*Numbers for nutrients are off because 2 plants are in flowering (slow flowering) so the Tiger Bloom is only for those 2* This weather has the plants growing faster but we’ll see how they hold up since the next upcoming days have some 90degree sunshine coming up. The white Widow and blueberry loved their topping so I might too again in the next 3 weeks. Not much for pest but I have notice a few around probably because I have them near other veggie and fruit plants. I’ll spray again soon with some neem oil, peppermint soap, and water mixture soon. So I’ve notice a trend... these plants the Gelat.OG and Blue Dream both went into flower despite being treated the same as the others. And in my new grow both those strains are having trouble growing past germination and the others don’t. I started a new batch of both to test it out so we will see but if not that sucks because I actually bought those 2 from seedsman while the White Widow and Blueberry were free and both have been no trouble to me. Might have 2 White Widow and 2 Blueberry that get my 20gal bags. Sorry this might have been long, just for log purposes.

2 main updates is the hot southern weather! 90 degrees pretty much everyday even if it has clouds and a little drizzle in the morning. Plants definitely handled the heat well, so fingers crossed for when we really hit the summer. Have to dial back the nutrients mix as you can see they all suffered from yellow leaves I believe from nutrient lock out. I used about half measurement per gallon but going to only do 1/3 of that their next watering. Immediately started a flush to help them recover. Out of this bunch more than likely just the white widow will go into the 20gal at the end of this week.

Not much going on. Reduced the nutrient amount and they seemed to not be bothered this time. Dropped from 90’s to 80 with clouds all week. Haven’t been watering as much because rain is always in the forecast but keeps getting pushed backed so they look a little droopy. Tiny bugs and spiders seem to pop up every other day I kill them and spray with neem oil and peppermint soap mixture but that doesn’t last long. So far I don’t see that they’ve done any damage to the leaves so that’s good.

Not really much changing with these guys. Decided to do some side shots just because. Lots of rain at night/early morning and then hot sun so no manual watering or nutrients have been given in a while. Blue Dream buds are growing strong from what I can tell, will have a while before harvest tho. *other grow right now already looks healthier and growing faster and bigger*

No changes except starting a decent schedule of pure water then next water adding nutrients. Blue Dream seems to be flowering nice and well. Gelat.OG is still in flowering but you couldn’t even tell so I guess when the summer is over it will proceed again. Other 2 in veg just look healthy. Don’t notice much growing but decided to have some more LST for them. Hilariously small compared to their younger counterparts in my other diary.

Normal week. Couple of days of rain so only fed nutes once and let nature do the rest. Blue Dream has some nice small buds forming up. Notice they have their roots growing into the ground as well for the 3gal bags so I won’t be moving them anymore if I can help it

Nothing much to report on. Gone a few days past weekend but plants recovered easily after watering. I think blue Dream should be done with its flowering in about 3 more weeks so I’m excited to have an early sample before the other big ones finish.

Small test babies still growing strong. Blueberry loves the 20gal so it’s been using all the space for growth. Whatever form the Gelat.og is I’m not doing much to it and we’ll see what happens. White Widow is doing all that she can in the 3gal bag Blue Dream I figured is going to be a very slow flowering process. Although you can’t smell it even if you’re next to it, touching some of the buds gives off some of the best fruity smells by far.

Finding a formula to fix the yellowing and light green leaves. Up the dosage of nutrients with nitrogen and added cal-mag to my watering as well. It’s been hot and literally about 90degrees or more everyday so the watering has been pretty much a gallon a day. Other than that plants are still looking healthy

Plants are growing fast, about 10inch since last week. Pistils are starting to grow and since we’re at the last week of July and going to drop under 14hrs of daylight, I may switch the diary over to flowering my next update. Blue Dream is still budding along but also has new branch that are just starting to bud so I know come harvest I’ll definitely be chopping her down in sections as small as she is. Excited to finally be on the last leg of growing, just hope I don’t mess it up.

Steady growth. Started to switch over to Tiger bloom for nutrients but only the Gelat.OG is really showing signs of flowering. It’s strange because the younger plants from the other diary are in full fledge flower with bud sites popping up everywhere while these older guys just have a few pistils showing. When they actually show some sort of determination to Actually go into flower then I’ll switch my diary over.

Late update but out of town for a few days. Had some real heavy thunderstorms in between watering so plants were hard to feed nutrients. Keeping the small blue Dream under a tent I have when it rains so the buds don’t get fringed. Figured the rest could stand it because they just started flowering. Nutrients have been off so I’m adding back the grow big and I need to buy more worm castings from fox farm to help them out.

Well this week has been hectic with work schedule, ph pen not reading correctly etc. won’t be posting any meaningful pics until I can get everything back on track. Plants don’t looks super bad but still yellowing, bad ph, and bad feeding. I guess the good thing is I got my magnifier to check on trichomes…

Still super hot this week. Watering everyday, wish I could do twice a day but not enough free time. Flowering nice and well, forgot to take photo of Gelat.Og but she’s bushy as ever. Nutrients seem to be going well so that’s a plus. Will try lowering my ph for 6.7 to 6.3 to see how they like that. The small blue Dream that revegged is an interesting one. I’ll be chopping down the fully flowered middle section next week because I may be seeing some bud rot and want to salvage what I can. I’ve been feeding it nothing but ph water to flush it out before the chop.

Another hot week and 1 sort of rainy day. Put the plants under a tent for some protection. Like in my other diary the nutrients seemed to help but I’m almost out so they won’t get much feeding to finish off. Gave the Gelat.OG some much needed defoliation at the bottom but still will do the top this weekend. Hopefully these smaller but older plants won’t harvest anytime soon so I can have the bigger ones dried and in jars when it’s time to chop.

Well it’s getting a bit chilly. Still around 85-90 degrees everyday but morning have dropped down to around 57 degrees. Still running low on nutrients but this batch this has a while to go with flowering. Can’t stop the white widow from yellowing. I feed it more nutrients, it yellows… I feed it less and still yellows. Thankfully I have a bigger plant that’ll be done this month so this one can do whatever it wants. Small blue Dream that re-vegged is looking ok for a plant that I don’t feed nutrients. Sure it has a lot of yellowing but the buds are still forming well for a small plant. Blueberry is looking like my other blueberry that’s growing. Very bushy, very wide and tons of colas. Still my favorite smelling of the lot. Gelat.OG is budding fine and leaves look good, I’m just ready to see what this one looks like when buds are much bigger. No decent pics because plants are under a tent for the 2 days of rain I have coming.

Just another week I’m the books. Gelat.OG is growing buds nice, leaves have purple hints to them, and pistils are turning a bright orange. Sad I didn’t get to grow this strain correctly in a 20gal bag but I’ll take what I can get. Both blueberry and white widow are budding up super well. Definitely are growing the same as the ones in my other diary which I’ll be harvesting soon. Unfortunately I have now ran out of nutes all the way around and with harvesting being around the corner I’m not going to spend more money on something I’d only need small dosages of. Check out other diary to see 2 of my strains get harvested Monday.

Been behind on this diary but also haven’t been able to keep up with the plants this past week. Outside of the chilly mornings and a few super heavy rainy days, they all still look pretty healthy. This week I’ve been mainly chopping down and working on my other plants from the 2nd diary. Since I have no nutrients I don’t expect them to grow very large buds like my other ones but I’m going to try and have them out as long as possible. Chopped down the small Blue Dream. Won’t really weigh it or do much with it since it was so small. Everything from that plant will just be counted as trim for oils and Butters.
