HELP!!! The past two weeks my leaves are yellowing. Mostly my fans leaves and it’s working its way up the plant, FAST! I thought it may low nitrogen so I gave it a good dose. All that did was give her burnt tips and even harder yellowing. Could my bloom nutes be doing this? Some people tell me this is normal in her stage as she only has 2-3 weeks left and some people tell me it’s not right.

It’s been staying around 7 my entire grow. I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to get ph down lower it a bit. I just checked her this morning and she didn’t look too bad. One leaf at a time is going yellow and falling off. She’s either locked out or sucking all the nutrients from the leaves. Getting really sticky. Can’t even touch her without having to scrub my hands after.

@BucketBrigade the yellow leaves were because I started flushing to early. I ended up going almost two weeks longer than I though, once I have more nutrients it turned around a bit. Just harvested the plant. I’ll have some more updates when I get a weight.

@Coopman, Did you ever lower the PH, or were the changing leaves simply a final stage in flowering?

@Coopman, This just may be her last and final effort to finish off those lovely colas. She is giving you her all!

Good luck with the grow. Looking good, don't stress them auto's too much

@dahoola, thanks for the info! I found that out pretty early as I started LST right away and it really slowed growth. The past two weeks I have been able to anything to her and she won’t stop growing. Literally growing like a “weed”

Buds are looking good! When the Trichomes are milky, the THC concentration is at its peak. As soon as they turn amber/brown the THC will be broken down and the Product will have more of a sedative (couchlock/sleepy) effect. So the right time to harvest depends on the effect you desire.-Frankovitsch

I have pistils on even less developed bud sites than yours and they're browning as well... not sure if good or bad but if it's any consolation, I'm in the same boat!

I conducted a test run with Kale. I was using a 75watt LED lamp. My plant looked squashed until I lifted the light further away to force the plant to reach up for the light. I think it's too early to tell with your plant, but if the leaves continue to grow on top of each other and looking flat, pull the lamp further up. You will notice a difference in a day or so.

Are you using LED lighting? If so, 3 inches is way too close and would explain the lack of height. LEDS need to be much farther away from the plant.

@BucketBrigade, sorry I havnt been commenting back. Just now figured out how to switch email. Anyways I am using 5 23W (100w) CFLs. Tough week 4. Crushed by my fan and lights fell in her. She is recovering nicely and is now in flower. 36 total days in from first sprout. Has 11 main colas growing from her. Will be starting week 6 post soon.

I'm just at 49 days and love the look of your plants! I'm keeping track as I hope to have lush buds like you have. I'm wondering about the harvest too.

Did you harvest?

Will you be back in time to put them in jars for curing? Don’t want to dry them out to much from what I hear.

@Coopman, have you checked the PH? Has it gone over 7 or below 6? Since mine has started flowering, I've had to raise the PH each day as the nutes go acidic to almost 5 daily.

@Coopman, I'm growing the same strain and brand. Early on, my leaves would droop a bit in a similar manner. The room I was growinng in seemed a it warm. I added a fan which seemed to lower the temps around the plant and circulate the air and the leaves seemed happier. Also, she seems happier in the mornings after a being in the dark. She also seems to have most of her growth at night because she always seems to have grown substiantially by morning. I let my plant have more darkness and she seems happier and taller. You might want to try adding a few hours of darkness at a minimum. I would start with an hour for a night or 2 and then add another hour later. I'm using 4 hours of darkness. Moving from just 3 to 4 seemed to make a noticable diffference. When you consider non-autoflowers need 12 hours of darkness and grow substiantially, 4 for an autoflower might not even be enough to rest and recover from a full day in the light.
