In the first week, I put some great white Premium Mycorrhizae. The next day, I seriously realized that I had done something wrong. I thought it would make his root system stronger, but their leaves started to be green. After that, I continued to water them and became healthier. (I put in some lemon juice to reduce the pH of the water to about 6.5)

that happens sometimes
maybe your breeder or you=? swapped some seeds... following up to look further.. I would contact the breeder if you are sure , yoou havent swapped them

Great looking plants my friend :) Just to let you know the red stems are nothing to worry about they are just the plant stems natural reaction to intense light. Completely normal and fine :) 👊
