I transplanted them into large pots and after a week, they have grown very large. Added some gaia green 2-8-4 and 4-4-4. I am afraid that they will rot again so the amount of water I water will be very different each time.

that happens sometimes
maybe your breeder or you=? swapped some seeds... following up to look further.. I would contact the breeder if you are sure , yoou havent swapped them

Great looking plants my friend :) Just to let you know the red stems are nothing to worry about they are just the plant stems natural reaction to intense light. Completely normal and fine :) 👊
