19/4: This has been a wonderful week for Marie, since I put the lights a bit higher it has started to stretch a bit in length, I also did the last round of LST to make it a bit bushy on a spotty side. Best part of the week? FLOWERS BABY!!! FINALLY!! I am so excited that we're finally at the flowering stage, it took 6 weeks!!!
Since we're in flowering I'm about to switch to other nutes this week. Speaking of which: I'm watering every 2-3 days with 1 lt, it's drinking more and more water.
See ya next week!
As you can see from my diary the seedling just sprouted, but if you look closely the leafes have some super small white tips. Any suggestions? Thanks ^^
To answer your question. The plant looks like one of the healthiest seedlings ever. Humidity domes are not necessary. Used to use one just slowed the grow for no reason. And 3-5 ml is nowhere near enough. I agree fill that pot with water. Man up and grow that sh!t brah!
My plant is not really increasing in height, in 20 days since sprouting it covered the 25cm diameter of the pot and now it's going out. It looks super healthy so I'm not too much worried but should I perhaps move the light higher so that the plant stretches a bit?
Hi there Matriosky, sorry but i have to disagree with my esteemed colleagues here, you have calmag deficiency as you can see from the yellowing on the serrated edges of the leafs starting with the newest growth first (immobile nutrient) and in between the veins starting at the base of the leaf. It's specifically magnesium deficiency. That's probably because of your intense light schedule : plants just need more Mg with strong lights or long schedules. So what you can do is to increase the calmag you're already feeding as well as to make a spray with calmag 1-2 ml / L and spray twice a week to compensate for the lights. If the problem persists you might need to reduce the light schedule to fix the root cause. If you do this the problem should stop spreading quite quickly and the plant should recover in around 10 days or less. Hope this helps ! π
historic stuff:
-Cal mag deficiency, treated it with calmag foliar and extra in the water, it's gone now
-Overwatered it 2-ish weeks ago; waited 10 days for the ground to dry before giving more
- My humidity level is too high for my liking (50-75% depending on watering time)
First time ever and I don't know if I've done well: too many leaves? too little?
I also took some big fan leaves that were covering some sweet bud spots.
Looks pretty good to me! Iβd maybe try and work some LST in to get those branches moved more horizontally to give em room and space to receive light!
Hello again!
Still unsure whether or not I should harvest my Magnum, please find a few photos attached from the calixes and hairs, don't know if the trichomes are ready enough. Also plant was supposed to be ready on week 12, we're at week 16...
Any help is appreciated!
Yo esperarΓa a encontrar mΓ‘s tricomas Γ‘mbar.
@CRiSPrGrow,Hey! been trying to find a way to answer to question answer's but it seems like it is not possible :(((
Just wanted to thank everyone for the help; regarding your particular answer, it seems very insightful, here's what I'll do for the next week or so:
1 .spray the leaves with 2ml/l calmag every 2-3 days
2. water less often, as more than one person noticed the wet soil, considering that I've watered 2-3 days ago I agree that it shouldn't be this wet...
3. if it's not solved/improved by the next week (preflower I think, judging from the smell XD) I'm going to switch the light schedule to 16/8
Kudos to you for noticing the slightly yellowish serrated edges! I thought it was normal as it's very hard to notice and nothing like the deficiencies that I saw online but hey, at least I learned something new :)
