Welcome to my new diary!
I chose this strain as I was impressed with Devil Cream last summer and now I want to explore a little :)
Seed planted directly in the substrate, germinated in 24h despite the cold, never had germination problem with sweet seeds!
Slightly cold first week for this little girl who nevertheless grows well!
In a couple of days she will be transplanted into her final home. For the moment everything seems to be going well, I'm curious to test this strain to see what it has to offer 💪
Welcome to the second week of my Big Devil # 2!
During this week I transplanted the baby into her final home, she has reacted well to stress and continues to grow. Her roots seem to be developing well, I started giving her some growth nutrients at 1/4 of the dosage. The weather does not help, it is quite cold, the spring heat should still arrive from next week, so I hope the plant does not bother too much.
Spring is finally here! Temperatures are rising, the sun is shining and the Big Devil is growing healthy and strong.😎
During this week the plant has started stretching and the first pistils are popping up at each internode, I really like how the branches are developing. I started gently to introduce the bloom nutrients , the past days it was cold and the soil was drying more slowly, now that we reached the ideal temperatures the situation should be better.
Pics are not yet the best, but I will try to improve! 🙏 See ya next week!
Happy Easter! I hope you like me are accompanied by good smoke and lots of chocolate 😛
Great week for Big Devil#2, she has grown a lot and has almost doubled her height. The branches are all very long and have reached an optimal height, I like how they have developed. The first bud sites are starting to appear and the pistils are increasing. Yesterday my new led arrived, the Spider Farmer sf2000 which I hope will help improve the flowering of this young lady. The soil often dries up so I water it every two days, alternating nutrients with plain water. She is always hungry, she never seems to get enough.
I love seeing this Big Devil grow! 😍
A really sad week for Big Devil # 2, she is a hermie. I found a banana on the main cola as you can see from the photos, as soon as I noticed it I removed it very carefully. There was only one nanner, so I'd like to continue with the grow, any advice? It would make me too sad if I have to chop her. It was my favorite until now. 😭😭
In any case, the pistils increase and the very first trichomes have appeared. I hope she could be able to finish her growth.
I have already had to deal with a hermaphrodite like this, at best it ended up with very few seeds or any, but no more bananas appeared. Bananas are shit thing 'cause they pollinate immediately unlike "balls". Hopefully next week will bring good news. 😡
Hello everyone! Did you enjoy this 4:20?? 👽
In the end I decided not to chop the Big Devil#2, I will check her very often in the hope that it will not go to produce other nanners. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Both Big Devil and Green Gelato are yellowing from below and I can't figure out what this is due to. It looks like a nitrogen deficiency. I hope they will recover soon, I have already done a light root wash and started over with a new nutrient tab. If you have any advice, they are always welcome. 🙏🙏
Hello everyone! 😁
I'm really happy I didn't cut this little one, in the end bananas haven't sprouted anymore and she's doing her thing calmly. There aren't many pistils and the buds look a little airy, but it's still early and I hope she gets more fat and thicker. For now the smell is still very grassy so nothing to say about it. After a thorough washing of the roots and giving her some CalMag, the situation has improved significantly, the anomalous yellow spreading is finally stopped. I'm curious to see what will come out in the end! 😍
Hi guys! I hope you had a good week, mine was a bit messed up! The Big Devil#2 has given its best during these days, buds have filled up and have completely changed their appearance (i love they foxtailed a bit) 😍
I'm really glad I didn't chop her when I discovered some bananas a few weeks ago. 🙏😇
At the end of this week I stopped giving her nutrients and today I started washing the roots with Adv. Nutrients Flawless Finish. I checked the trichomes and about 5/7% are amber, just a few more days and it will be harvest time! 😍 Since I cut the Crystal Candy I can better smell the strong citrus and incense smell of the Big Devil#2, it's really special and I don't know what kind of flavor i have to expect, but we'll find out soon! 😈
Harvested on day 71.
Dried for 8 days then cured for 3 weeks before first test.
🌱 I had no problems growing this plant, she immediately developed a good uniform structure and the buds are very compact. She does not like heavy nutrients.
🌸 Big Devil #2 flowers are compact and dense with a good presence of trichomes. The smell is very intense and particular, reminiscent of a mix of lemon and incense. The structure of the plant is interesting, she develops long lateral branches that grow allowing all the buds to have good access to light, I really liked it.
👅 After a week of drying and three weeks of curing in the jar I can do a good test. The flavor of this girl is intense and aromatic, with marked incense notes that stimulate the senses and a lemon aftertaste which is a cuddle for the palate. A strong and decisive flavor that is not easily forgotten.
🧠 This is a nice day weed not to be underestimated. Initially her effects are energizing, you want to talk and make plans .. and suddenly you feel relaxed and you want to sit and watch a movie :)
⚖️ A good harvest despite the fact that the plant remained quite compact and suffered from light stress when I changed the led. A plant easy to grow that can guarantee good results for anyone
This adventure is also over and I must say that the Big Devil #2 Auto was a pleasant discovery, I am happy to have had the opportunity to try it. I will definitely recommend it.
Thanks Sweet Seeds 😘
