Welcome back to week 3 of the purple punch! Interesting week ahead...
First week of feeding, so nutrient solution was very low with 367 PPM in and 489 PPM in the runoff. (Note: my water sits around 350 PPM out of the tap.)
Day 14 - Height: 3"
I think I maybe made a bit of a mistake this week by training her perhaps a little bit early. She bent over just fine but hasn't seemed to bounce back very fast and has had droopy leaves for a couple of days now. I'm sure she'll figure it out but probably I went in a bit strong and 3-4 days early. Still, what's done is done so now just take care of her and hope she comes back strong as she hits veg growth proper! I introduced the first low dosage of Grow nutrients this week, with 1ml/l so that's another thing to keep an eye on. I'm enjoying this grow, it's a little bit different, definitely have to keep a little bit of a closer eye on her over the next few days.
Day 19 - Height 4"
She's finally starting to come into her stretch I think and is growing out a little more from the heavy training. Things are still a bit slow and I think I may have stunted her somewhat, but we'll see, she might come up trumps yet. I've got her general position set now though, so I can pretty much leave her alone at this point and just adjust the ties now and then but the side stems are nicely spread out and the small side shoots should be nice and open to the light. The next week is probably going to give us a good sign of if she is stunted at all, so fingers crossed she continues to shoot up and things turn up okay! Otherwise the grow is good, she seems to be taking nutrients totally fine and all the leaves are nice and green and looking healthy!
Looking good, I once had a plant that had fairly similar symptoms to this one however I believe mine was caused after a brief powdery mildew infection. The plant continued to have hard leaves but was still producing buds well. It's hard to tell sometimes and it could just be a weird random thing but I thought I'd let you know about my experience with similar symptoms.
Happy growing!
Peace ✌️
@UKPersonal420, It's weird when they do something like that isn't it, I guess it's all learning though! Appreciate you telling your experience, if nothing else it makes me feel slightly better haha! 👌
