Nothing much this week, things are going nice. Currently I'm only giving ph'ed water.
I have the impression that they are growing faster than the first plant :)
Started with some LST this week. The bubble kush is already showing some white pistils. Overall things are looking great so far.
Day 18 : The dwarf is also showing that she's a female :)
Just feeding them ph'ed water because I'm growing in plagron batmix and that's fertilized for the first 6 weeks.
Damaged the stem of the bubble while performing LST, only noticed it the day after because it was brown so I removed the tie and I will leave it alone for a couple of days. I hope this doesn't stress the plant to much.
I switched to a 20/4 light schedule this week, after some reading I decided to give it a try :)
The bubble kush doesnt seem to suffere much from the little damage to the stem. I'm trying to keep the bubble kush down so the height difference doesn't get to much witch the dwarf.
The dwarf is showing some nutrient burn signs I think but this can be because of the plagron batmix which contains nutes for 6 weeks. I think I will buy a lightmix without nutes so I can dose them myself.
Alot of white pistils are starting to show and some snow on the leaves 😀
The royal dwarf got defoliated because it was really bushy and the lower buds didn't get any light, let's see if it improve the buds. There is already some thc showing on the leaves so I'm quite happy with that. Let's see what week 6 gives :-)
Started to give 4ml/l of algo bloom every time I water them and once a week 2ml/l of sugar royal. Until now things are going smooth and the buds are starting to fatten up 💪
The buds are really getting bigger now. I gave 1 ml less alga bloom because I noticed that there was some light nutrient burn on the royal dwarf. This week I started to give the pk 13-14 to get the ladies even fatter 💪 😬
The royal dwarf has some magnesium deficiency I think so I flushed her and decided to flush the bubble kush aswell. I'm thinking of chopping them both at the end of this week. What do you guys think about the trichomes ? I will try to post some more at the end of the week.
The buds are a little airy compaired to the royal dwarf. I tested a little after 1 week of drying so the taste was not good but it got me high for 2 hours so that's nice 😃 Maybe if she had 1 or 2 weeks more that the buds would have got denser but for the second grow I'm happy with the results.
She didn't grow very tall and showed some nutrients burns after 4-5 weeks because of the plagron batmix that has nutes for 6 weeks in it. I decided to buy the promix because of this and give grow nutes in the beginning to have more control off it.
The yield off this was not that big but the buds are very dense. I only smoked 1 test sample after 1 week of drying but the taste was already better than the bubble kush and the high was quite nice also. They are both curing currently so I will poste a better smoke report later.
@AlaskanGrownCaliRaised,thanks, both strains were good, although i harvested a little to early which reduced the amount of thc i could've gotten. So potency wasn't to spectacular but the taste was sure good, in fact royal dwarf is one of the smoothest weeds i ever smoked !
