@CanarianGrow92, None of you have a "Garden of Green" diary, so it is literally a case of not meeting the requirement, and not that the diary can't be added. I can see everyone's active diaries, and none are Garden of Green. I gave the workaround two weeks ago, and nobody listened, now it's all on you.

@GeOMaTTiC, i created a random diary for 'garden of green' and it didnt worked, somebody else did the same, didnt worked, as said, this happened also on the green house comp. only GD team can fix this

@lifeisgood, creo que depende del correo amigo, no te preocupes que seguro llegan, supongo que selecionan mucha gente, indicaron que mandaron mas de 100 personas asique supongo depende de donde vivas etc...

@@OimRausch, Pickle Rick (see below) has had the same issue. I've only ever dealt with third party seed banks like Seedsman, never had an issue with them. Perhaps @gardenofgreenseedbank can shine some light

@@OimRausch, i ordered some seeds and after a week i saw the order on 'pending', so i called them on the phone number on their page, and got really good support they fixed the issue in 2 min and send out the seeds that same day, in 5 days i received them. you should have received a confirmation email and have some kind of proof of payment, just call them they are nice people, im sure the guy will help you out

@CanarianGrow92, Servus JR. Well, hard to belive as Ima sending mails and try to call since the 18th of november. Anyways, anyone returned anything, wether mail, call, IG Message or here via GD..that's ur nice guy Mate

@@OimRausch, just saying that i had my issue resolved quite fast, check on both pages the phone number, on garden of green and on expert seeds, i think they are in ireland so maybe you are calling them at midnight or whatever🤣 idk

@@OimRausch, Apologies if this happened. We had a fatal error on the website recently and some data was lost, we'd never delete user accounts on purpose, as you can see hundreds of people are getting seeds for free. So please phone us for quickest response. thank you

@gardenofgreenseedbank, Morning... Lucky you Abbie took off the phone mid weeks and managed the case. .. i tried to contact you per mail, via phone, on IG and here.. and nobody answered anything. But this is sadly a common behaviour around breeders and seedbanks... May you have a chat with "Simply Souvenirs" about how perfect customer service works.. But to be honest I do not buy, that none of my contact attempts was recognized by one of your assistants. For nearly 3 weeks??? If so, you have a major problem on how your company runs... @Wantedquebec01,it takes time for any seeds to ever reach...they may be stuck on a container 🤣...I'm sure within another 2 weeks they will arrive...my last seedsman order was seized by customs and took a lot longer than we've been waiting now
