@Skinnytalls420, The way he tried to justify it is hilarious. As if he coincidentally found the exact same three memes on the internet. It's one thing to admit it was wrong, but blatantly defending that shady behavior leaves me to believe he will gladly cheat again.

@lifeisgood, When it's a young account with only memes, suspicions are raised. Then there are the other young accounts that have actual diaries, but are filled with more weeks then they were even a member. I mean, 11 weeks in one month of being here! 13 weeks, in only a 3 month lifespan?! Give me a break, your last name doesn't have to be Holmes to see what's going on.

@GeOMaTTiC, was likely a cheater account that was made to have more entries. Yeah lifeisgood got caught cheating in grower of the month.

@Roberts, Quite fishy how both @fastbuds and @growdiaries have no issues disregarding their own rules. Same person won second place for December. No real diary, no meeting of the update requirement, and not a real member. Extremely fishy how there is more than one account like that winning as well, and not just a one off deal.

@GeOMaTTiC, only one I care about is GOTM when I am competeting. Anything else I enter I have no intention of winning. It's neat when I do, but long over giving a shit. Just sucks that the diary is then locked in when that happens. Is what it is man.

@GeOMaTTiC, Maybe a page with winners and contestants from the past. New accounts don't know what already has been made past months. And most just google: meme and use those on the first page. Im sure they will be used again...

@BioBuds, I wasn't referring to meme stealing, but how blatantly unfair they play, without mentioning that's how they roll. I have three good menes up there, not once was any of them shared to be voted on, so I'm automatically not going to win because they don't play fair. Most of the menes posted here we're not shared to their stories, so more than half the contestants were given false hope in thinking they had a chance to win.

@GeOMaTTiC, ah I misunderstood. But this would be a bit overkill, to post all of them? With the normal things shared on an insta-account it would mean so many posts in a day that one loses followers. Also, some (not yours per se), could infringe on trademarks etc... I think they try to be as fair as they can, in the end, taste is very subjective. And if I were them, I would select those that gave me most chuckles on insta, not all of them. Would you post all of them on your insta?

@BioBuds, Yes, I absolutely would. I play fair, I won't mislead people. There are only 89 memes this month. That means they could have posted 3 a day for 30 days, or post 10 a day for 9 days.

@GeOMaTTiC, but do they say anywhere that votes on insta count for wins? I would do that too, just post the ten best ones, let the insta followers vote on them and choose winners that way. I still do not agree that they mislead us. With any contest it's the organizers that choose the winners. You can only agree that some are not good enough for insta? Try to have fun making them, be glad you are not the one choosing them and in the long run you'll have a winner. Good luck, the winners have not been chosen yet!

@BioBuds, Did they say it in a comment, absolutely, lasts months contest. Nowhere in the rules did they mention they are posting SOME to Instagram to be voted on, but they clearly commented saying they don't use them all. They make it seem as if everyone has the same opportunity to win, but it's not possible if they don't post their meme.

@GeOMaTTiC, it could be the ones they like get posted to instergram for people to vote on. I don't have instergram so haven't seen the ones that are on there. That's what I would do. Say you have 20 out of 90 you like but can't decide on who you would put 1st 2nd 3rd. Put them on social media and the ones that get the most attention win.

@Hashy, Three people are up there twice, while the legitimate better memes are left out. I urge you to go check out their Instagram page and see the shit show for yourself. Look at the other contests, and read the comments. Or, just look at previous contests to see the shite memes that won, and the pure gold that was left down in the gutter.

@GeOMaTTiC, Hi there! We understand your concerns, however we do feel this is the fairest way to judge this since we are a very small team and humor is so subjective. We are able to get a wider audiences' perspective by putting them on our SM. We also feel it's fun way to show off what you all have been doing over here and bringing to these contests. Of course, as I have tried to explain in the past, we can't and won't post every single meme uploaded here, because there are a lot of them, therefore we put them all through an initial selection process amongst the team, and then those selected are voted on via social media. If you feel some users are not playing fairly, please feel free to discuss these concerns with either ourselves or Grow Diaries privately so that we can assess and investigate any fake accounts or otherwise. We try our best to stay on top of things like this, but obviously it's always possible something will slip by.

@Fast_Buds, Since I've never seen one of mine shared, I'll take this as a sign to stop competing, as mine have definitely been good enough.

@Fast_Buds, hello fastbuds i think it is a little unfair because if you check PoseidonNero's account you can see he creates hos account 6 month ago and in 6 month there is no acitivity. No diaries , just meme and this guy won 2 times . it is suspicious. And i think if you win 1 time you should not win again to leave a chance to the others to win too. It is just my opinion . @lifeisgood, Yeah I didn't even bother with that one. If they choose to not pick actual members of the community, then it's clearly they don't care enough about it, just promotion. If only they'd realize the ones who would do the better promoting, are the ones who actually care, and try.

@Tools93, last month the top 3 that was locked in didn't win it. Whenever I look at it they are in different orders but once the comp ends it seems to lock mine on the last time I looked at it. Only really taken notice of this comp the other month. How mine has locked has straight outa 420 as top with a cartoon style one second and a jar of bud third.
