Good morning, @GrowDiaries, I'm a newbie and I actually like the contest initiatives because it makes sharing our work interesting with a competition and a prize for the winner... However, it seems like there's a general problem with the sponsors... I have two prizes that I haven't heard anything about... They don't even respond...

A former collegue, who is no longer with the company, ran the contests without communicating that to our team, no one other than them knew we were even on this platform, or to what extent. That's no fault of yours, but I hope you can see how that led to the pisspoor management of the contest. However, our team has reached out to every winner of the 3 contests that ran in April, and all but 1 (waiting on delivery information form the user) have received their prizes. The winnders are on the previous contest page if you'd like to DM them to verify. I understand why people would feel discouraged by the lack of communication around the previous contest. I can't undo that, but with a new admin, prizes fulfilled, and blocking out time for the platform every few days is my plan for avoiding this going forward. Thank you to all for participating! I've messaged all winners of the previous contests; we appreciate the feedback, forgiveness, and understanding we've received, and understanding why some feel burned by the experience. Again, my deepest apologies for dropping the ball, the lack of communication, and letting people down in the past. While I'm not excited to clean up the mess my former colleague left behind, I very much look forward to building relationships with the Grow Diaries community. Best of luck, everyone. @GrowDiaries Any answers from them yet? After seeing how much likes we are getting and many people commenting same problems with prizes this should be taken more serious and not just watch through fingers and doing nothing.
