Pic 2 shows quite clearly a calcium deficiency.....the brown spots you are asking about.
Remember too..........what is showing now in the leaves is a direct reflection of what was happening in the root zone 2-3 weeks earlier.

It's a Nitrogen deficiency.
Your ppm is 1400. IT SHOULD BE 850.
You should be feeding BIOGROW: 2ML/L
BIOBLOOM: 1ML/L
ALGMIC: 2ML/L

I had the same problem.
I solved reducing the feeding so, lowering the EC. Try to reach a PH of 6.2/6.3.
Raise the light or decrease his potency and wait 2/3 days. The plant will recover easily.
Be careful now, youre in flowering and there is no space for mistakes. A good tips could be to do a little flush with ph water only, but do it only if you'are sure that the soil will dry in not more than 4 days.

your EC is to high. get it down. max 1.8
Ph is on point. light might be a bit to close at 17" but double check that.
that high of a ec is likely to cause more issues that mimic deficiencies when in reality its locking it out but it is there.

Red stems, light colored foliage and the brown spots lead me to think Phosphorous or Magnesium Deficiencies. I went through your diary and couldn't find what Ph you are feeding at so I'd start there.
Make sure your Ph is in the optimal range for your medium.

Unhealthy leaves.. Help please:)Some of the leaves in my tent are light green, have slight yellow edges and have darker and lighter green spots in the leaves. Does anybody know what caused these discolorations? Not all plants have the same issue, but they all get nutrients out of the same watering vessel.

Cal-Mag deficiency?My LSD-25 is showing a nutrient deficiency. The nutrient solution is at 900-950 ppm and ph is always between 6.0-6.3. I am already adding cal mag agent from canna as per vendors instructions to my reverse osmosis water and have added a bit more yesterday.

Round leaf missing from Critical 2.0 Seedling from time of seed shells removalIf a seedlings round leaf were to have fallen off with the seed shell in a whitish yellowish color but it was just a single round leaf and the rest of the plant seems healthy would that seriously impact the plant?
