growth speed and health

Autos kinda just do their own thing for the most part. Each strain and even each pheno from the same strain can act differently. From what you said it sounds like you are just about finishing the stretch period at the beginning of flowering. During this period there isnt a ton of actual bud development but instead the plant is focusing on growing as many bud sites as it can. The following weeks you should see that the growth of the branches and leaves will slow down and the buds themselves will start growing and getting covered in trichomes.
