How close is your grow light? Kinda looks like light burn to me.

I was watering every 1-2 days as the top soil dried out. Have I been overwatering? How much/often should I water them at this stage and should I wait for them to perk up before transplant?

My first thought is I'm not feeding enough. She is short, but still a lot of plant here. Here upper leaves are a nice shade of green. She prays all day long.
