Yep, she is ok.
Quite often the first few sets of leaves can be a bit "funny" while she gets herself all sorted out. Usually by the 4th-6th set of leaves they get themselves on track and the leaves will be the familiar shape we have all come to recognise. At this stage, making a good root system is the first priority and growing perfect leaves is a secondary consideration. I wouldn't start feeding just yet, not until she has about four or five nodes, and then only with half strength nutrients.
