I'd lower the PH level a bit.. try to get the run-off to be around 6.2.
PPM of 235 (i assume it's the Hanna ppm range, as there are different ppm values) would be an EC of about 0.47, which seems ok.. maybe even on the low side for soil.
If you don't know it already, i suggest checking out this link, this has been very helpful: https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Fertilizing-Smart-Guide
The hanging leaves to me feel like a bit of overwatering.. you mentioned she was standing in about 2 cm of water, and most cannabis plants really don't like standing water (unless growing in hydro, which is what i partly do, but that's a different story ;))
The spots could be a deficiency (either magnesium in later stage or else possibly calcium and some nitrogen). What nutrients do you feed her, and do you use RO water, or is this tap?
If tap, is the EC of your water already subtracted of the EC 0.47 or is that actual EC?
Was the soil possibly pre-fertilized? Usually a higher EC in the run-off means that the plant is fed too much, but in soil this can also be due to some pre-fertilization and slow release fertilizers.
