Hey mate,
soil looks very wet and looks like overwatering to me too what soil are you using? had the exact same issue when i used compost from a garden centre, was way too muddy with high clay content- in short roots rotted and starved of oxygen - only really tend to water the soil upto the edge of the widest growth for the first couple of weeks.
I would check the roots if possible, look for any yellowing that signifies root rot if they are all white and healthy let it dry out until the first inch of top soil in bone dry and then start watering 1L per plant then increase by 200ml each cycle (assuming every 2-3 days in soil) until 2L. If roots are yellow then transplant them into a different soil such as canna terra (can get online discreetly) let them dry out then remove them out the pot and shake gently to release the dried soil.
Had an issue with curling leaves and that similar yellowing due to windburn from my fan being too close to the plant but to me this deffo looks like bad watering practice related.
