Leaves color looks dark green. I am not good enough to see the pic and point to a solution. My list of things to check out are: What is your soil mix? How have you been feeding her? Have you checked your pH? What is your RH? I the strain Sativa dominant or Indica dominant? What did the breeder says about feeding and irrigation? From color of the leaves, looks like she getting plenty of nitrogen. This can leads to root rot. A direction would be to promote root first then continue with grow. Probable causes Rich garden soil with manure, compost garden materials - too much nitrogen. Need to dilute the mix with neutral substrate like coco coir. This means remix and repot. Back to square one. Too acidic soil. pH below 5. Then you get nutrient lock out on K and Calcium. Plant won't grow. Adjust pH up to 6.2-6.5 range. Use Cal Mag. Root rot from rich soil. I mix in trichoderma. But you can pretty much scratch this grow out and start over with clean soil. Are you growing in a trash can? Then how is the ventilation and temperature? Is she getting enough CO2? If you are good, then promote root growth with root stimulant. Cheers

if the soil is bone dry, you need to water. it may have died. the leaves look a bit crispy too. give her some water, and if the leaves improve even the slightest, keep maintaining it just in case. If you have options to replace, that may take less time than a stunted plant recovering, if still alive. They can look dead and still have a chance, though. water when top 1/2" is dry early on, and 1" when it's a bigger plant or bigger pot. Always watter when you see it wilting. If the leaves were dark before, don't fertilize for a bit. irrigate only

if the soil is bone-dry, i hope it's not underwatering, which could also cause hanging leaves.. unfortunately you don't have a diary, so i can't see the history, environment etc. so it's a bit tricky to judge
