Does White Powdery Mildew brush off easily

Does white powdery mold brush off? Found some white stuff on my leaves but it easily came off with my finger or some water, its possible that the spots are minerals or something from my water or leftover nutes because I havent been able to get under theleaves to water.

Small white spots on leaves in germination phase.Does anybody know if those small white spots are ok? I have water 7 pH and I add some citric acid to lower it to 6 pH, when I sprinkle the soil I lightly sprinkle the leaves as well and I'm not sure if it's the effect of dry citric acid or something else. Pulled all areas with mildew and sprayed with Dr Zymes at lights off.
I have another tent next to it that I don't want infected.

Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side. It's really hard to photograph the shiny patches. Thrips?
