Looks tall but not big. The answer depends on what you want and what is your conditions. Do you want more buds or low profile? What is your light schedule? What is the size of your pot? How is the outside temp? Are you in the North with longer light or are you in OZ and approaching winter. If you are in the Northern hemisphere, 15 hours light will prevent her from flowering. Better get a larger pot and wait until fall. If your are in the South, NL will takes about 7 more weeks to finish. Is your June very cold? If your are my neighbor in the tropic, this size won't get your very much. I would veg her more. Fertilize her more.

no significant or visible pre-flowering or flowering signs. Look for white hairs (females) or small balls (males) for flowering signs. Is your plant a photoperiod or feminized seed? Autos will usually have an automatic cycle of life and will not depend on the light you expose them to. They are usually ready in 10-12 weeks +/- If it's a photoperiod plant and you had it in the house and now outside until finished, then this will be one huge plant if given enough soil. Only when the outside light during the day will be 12h and the night 12h, plant will switch and go flowering. Will be ready in September or so.
