Shortening light time 11/13 last 2 weeks of flower?

Im in week 9 of flowering with should be last one. I think most of trichoms are cloudy but no amber sign yet. Anyway thinking about 11/13 in last week? Or 2 if i will have to keep them longer? Whats is Your opinion is anyone done it in last 2 weeks? Thanks

Hey!
If what you looking for is a strong sativa high then you don't need to wait for amber trichomes.
CLoudy trichomes are at the highest THC level and with few amber trichomes those are great for a sativa high.
I've used the 11/13 on Super lemon haze and amnesia haze to help them finish off.. strong sativas sometimes need that to help them finish off.
I noticed no difference in potency with the plants I harvested before prolonging the others with 11/13.. yield was about the same too maybe 6-7 grams diffrence.

Hi there, thanks for Your answer i think in last week or 2 there would not be much differens between yields on 12/12 or 11/13 i did read about sativas with is my strawberry i would like to chop it asap but dont wanna lose potency or yield. Anyone else have any expirance?

12 Hours or less darkness for blooming.
Some sativa strains indeed need 13 hours of darkness
and in nature the night takes longer too.
I think i would take the advantages of 12/12.....( higher DL I- Output)
But i see no Problem in going for 11/13
