Defoliation after a week of flowering

Any advice on when and if is necessary to defoliate the babe a bit?
I've took down couple of small branches, and some leaves that were turning yellow for some reason T.T.
Temperature's are rising a bit and plant feels a bit stressed. Anyway, can't do much.

hi buddy :-) I recommend if you then take off the lower shoots when it blooms π. How to prevent the energy from unnecessarily flowing into the lower popcornbuds π Carry on so your plant looks super bushy πππ»

I think 4 mg/l of nuts are too much... I will flush a bit next 2 irrigations because I'm noticing some yellow leafs and leaf edges.

Ok, so what about LST, if I tie down all branches a bit, will this be ok at this stage?
Because of my small growroom (60x60) she grew a bit too compact... and this made me a hard time to tie her down, she would just touch the tent...

Better to leave the leaves alone especially when it is already showing stress. Better to tuck those leaves in until about the last 2 weeks before their done
