Will she need another 2 weeks to fully ripen?

I think your lights are too intense for your space, all your leaves are dried up and yellow, which is kinda normal but not too your extent. You would do well to raise the lamp distance or dim the power if possible. This will also help your younger plants stretch! 👍🌱But you definitely have another 2 weeks left

I would suggest investing in a small jewelers loop. pretty cheap and helpful for inspecting trichomes. Your looking for around 20-30% amber for the perfect time to harvest your girls! Hey :-) Look with a microscope 👌If the trichome heads are about 70% milky and 30% clear, you can start with the flush. If the trichomes are about 70% milky and 30% amber, it is a very good time to harvest 👍🙏🏻 but do not pay attention to the leaves of the trichomes on the buds 👍
