Rust colored circles on leaves during week 1 flower?

Just finished week 1 of flower and I have orange/rust colored spots forming on the upper/low leaves. I tested the Ph run-off on the last feed at 6.0 - Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Spots formed overnight on only one plant.

Are you using tap water? Or filtered? If using tap are you letting it air out for 24 hrs to let the chlorine evaporate? If not you prob need to supplement your girls with some cal-mag if your not already. I personally got a carbon filter for my hose and drip lines. Works great to remove all the unwanted junk! soil ph is erratic
fox farm ocean forest : pro-mix (3:1) - ph 6.3-6.8
run-off ph: plant 2: 4-6 plant 1: 5-6.8
watering / feed ph: 6.3-6.45
soil ph after water /feed: 5-7
soil ph when dry: 7.5-8
both plants treated 100% the same
