You're watering your plant and water gets on its leaves, all of this happens with the lights on, and the water droplets act like focusing lenses, intensifying the light activity in those spots where the droplets are! These are burns, my friend! Please be more careful and attentive - don't let water get on the leaves, and don't spray the leaves with the lights on! Foliar feeding can only be done when the lights are off and only during the vegetative stage! These burns won't ruin your harvest or cause problems in the future if you're careful with watering. Even if you accidentally get water on the plant, take a cotton swab and gently remove the droplet with soft, pinpoint touches - the leaf will remain undamaged and look great! Hard so say at this point but it Looks like some small deficiencies to me keep an eye on the new growth maybe she’s a little bit more hungry now
