7 days? looks fine.. stop fiddling or you will cause a problem. You likely need to raise those COB LED further than 20cm... more likey 40-50cm (~24"). you could be stunting them at that distance - especially if they are in the hottest spot of the light's footprint. 100w should be good for a 2x1 or slightly more. 50w would work for those little guys in a 1'x1' space or so at 18-24" with CoB LED. watts are a horrible measurement for this... umol/s would be better to work with. in vege early on 40-50umol/s per foot squared is about all you need. That would be near and over 500par in a m^2. you'll want about 150% of that in bloom due to 33% fewer hours of light. Math is fun.

Hey there 👋... She looks a bit oberwatered to me. But desoite of that for seedlings 7 days old, they had abgood start. As the pre-writers mentioned, Get a bit moore distance between lights and Damsels Keep Humidity between 60-70%. 80% seems too high in my opinion. And Nobody mentioned the data of the lights. He's right, forget about the Watts. You need to know how much "usable light" for your plant, the COB is emitting. In my opinion your Damsels look very good for their age, don't overdo and relax. Take care at watering! How much water do you feed? Good luck and happy Trails✌️. OimRausch

The leaves begin to resemble chips, they bend. Is that good?

For one week old she looks fine. A bit of yellowing from high humidity low temps and looks to be a bit of a oversaturated medium. But all in all quite good for 7 days. Some varieties dont do much but root for 4 days after sprouting.

Hey there 👋 Looks good! She’s got leaves coming in and they will help her photosynthesize. Growth is slow in the beginning. Give her 2-3 weeks and you see sudden growth. Happy Growing 🌱

I don't watered them for about 4 days. Soil was dry, that's why i give water. When i have LED about 45cm, they stretched out into the light, that's why I had on 20cm, but right now is 25cm.

Still say they need to dry out more cause they have been over watered. But that's my opinion!!
