first grow and first lst and i need some help

this is my first grow and first lst try. she is 3 weeks old. i think she is little bit short but its ok. if the point is trying give her light to everywhere on her, is it correct to what i do? i m waiting your support and pls dont laugh at me :) i told it is my first time :)

If you raise your light or turn down your light power it will promote stretching a little. You are correct to tie the bottom in the opposite direction your training the top. Looks great though, some are just a little slower than others! Happy Growing!!!

Perfect! Over time just keep getting closer to the point where the end of all the branches are the same height as the top.

Slow grow,still hope ?I planted my ready seeds in to the soil on the 22nd of June. There was almost no sun for couple of weeks in UK.
One plant has started to grow but second one does not grow or grow very slowly. Is it still hope to grow something good from the plants ?

She looks pretty fine for me, but leaves' colour is not even or uniform. Somewhere is dark green, and some is light.
Old leaves have some yellow spots, but I guess it was water drops' burn

Too many branches?Have tied down the 8 main branches so that all are horizontally on the same level "Circle of Buds". Now there are a mass of new branches, should I let them all grow or should I reduce them?? She has a space of 55 x 45 cm horizontally. How many buds make sense at 55cm x 45cm?
