Should I supplement my super soil with amendments? If so, which?

Leaf tips were starting to turn yellow and looked burnt, so I turned down the light and moved it a little higher. Then the leaves have started to fade to yellow so I adjusted PH from 6.8 to 6.3. Leaves are still yellowing. Is my super soil running out of nutes? Please help

@240sxOG I've been ph'ing the water before it goes in, haven't been checking runoff as there isn't any runoff. I use tap water which is at about 7.5 ph. Shouldn't I be bringing the ph down to 6.5 or so? If not, should I be buying water?

Here’s where your messing up ... your ph-ing your water in super soil ...the soil does the buffering , aslong as your using neutral ph water the organic soil creates the perfect ph zone like in nature .. don’t mix hydro with organic soil growing ... the ph down or up kills the microbes that feed the plant and why you have burnt leaves ... throw away the ph pen stop ph-ing the water that comes out from the bottom cuz then your going to add a more acidic watering and your not giving the plant what it wants your only adjusting for what’s coming out when you need to make sure what’s going in

For sure you're suffering all kind of deficiencies and yes you should add some nutrients I'm a big fan of a general hydroponic and the Flora micro Flora grow in Flora bloom also remember to add Cal Mag that is very important to deal with lights saturation heat and stress. But especially if you want to heal with a big crop there is no way around this cannabis plans are hungry plans and require sufficient nutrients to finish just follow the general hydroponic chart at 1/2 the strength .in my personal opinion this nutrient brand it is well-balanced and cheap to purchase and available almost anywhere in the world hope this information helps good luck with your garden

you're in soil, get it back to 6.5-6.8 unless your nutes specifically tell you otherwise. I's not light burn, so you can move your lights back down and turn them back up before you impact yield. However, if trichomes ar less prevalent at top, you probably want to make a slight adjustment for that, otherwise right back to where you had it before with no issues... Yes, you need to fertilize. Probably could have started a few weeks ago, but that's the fun of soil. It's all a little bit of a guesstimate... try something, observe response, and go from there. soil is always a bit of an unkown but provides numerous benefits too -- not trying to convince of anything.. i liked soil grows and likely do another one again.

@NorCal_Kannabliss what amendments would you recommend to add to my Coast of Maine Stonington blend at this point? Would worm castings be enough?

If you haven't been adding supplimental nutes by now you should. Most super soil runs out after about 3-4 weeks with amendment. It can last a bit longer sometimes but it looks you need to start now!! Happy growing!
