Am I overwatering or underwatering Too much nutrients or not enough? Should transplant to a 5g?

The foliage looks really dark green, so it's almost sure that you are over feeding, If you are going to use coco, then an EC/PPM meter is a requirement, else you are feeding blind and there is no soil to buffer any mistake. As for your watering, a quarter a gallon per day is too much, try half that, or even a third that amount of water.

Watering too often, feeding too often, and your light is too close for these plants at this stage. I’d raise it another 10 - 15” higher

Too much bro. Seen it all before . Lockout , flush once with ph water test the runoff EC and ph .

Hi there, this looks like a deficiency but your pictures aren't close enough to tell you which nutrient could be involved. Plus, if your smartpot capacity is only 3L, the roots have probably already hit the edge of the container (they're running out of space). Finally, this also could be a sign of over-watering but we'll need to see close pictures of your soil and leafs. I'll be around, good luck with these beauties !
