I'm having trouble knowing when to harvest. I feel like it's far from being ready to harvest. My plants have been stuck in this same state for a week now. Dont really smell. Is this normal and do they look like its harvesting time or am I just rushing .

I don't know how many weeks you're in or the breeders estimate but she looks like she's still packing it on and probably got a good 3 weeks left. Looks great 👍🌱

The pictures you provided of the plant looks to need way over two weeks the best way to do this is just look at the pistils you will notice that there are white and they're shooting up into the sky wait until those become Brown and curled down in a crispy way then you can start looking at trichomes to identify the best time to Harvest remember in the last 2 weeks or so is when they gain most of their weight also develop their potency. Patience is the name of the game with this girls I hope this information helps you out good luck with your garden.

don't worry bout smell.. in many cases that just means you are doing everything well.. a stressed plant stinks more.. some genetics just stink more.. it'll smell later, don't worry. beside a total stab in the dark, you need some magnification of about ~30-60x to see trichomes and judge how cloudy/opaque they are. some strains have nuances to this, but you'll want some turning amber at the least and many say 30-50%, like it 10-20%, and i'd consider that per clone i grow.. and adjust to test what a little longer feels like. that's something for you to experiment on and choose what you like. it's a matter of a few days, really. But, the magnification and watching the trichomes develop the last couple weeks will create familiarity and get you in the ballpark... the rest is personal preference.

From what I see it takes at least another 2 weeks, and it takes close-up photos of the buds and trichomes to assess the state of maturation.

Still to early usually 50-65 days from when I start flower schedule. Get a jewelers loop and look for 20-30% trichomes on your buds not the sugar leafs. This is the harvest sweet spot! Happy Harvesting!!
