Best way to germinate fems?

Throw them in a cup of water for up to 24 hrs or until you see the taproot emerge. To help them germinate you can softly scratch the seed casing with a small emery nail file. this will help it absorb the water and make it slightly easier for them to break free! I prefer using a Peat starter or a Rapid Rooter / rock wool starter for all my germination. This will keep them from getting burned too much from hot soils like my Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I hate the paper towel as I've wrecked too many that stuck and then I rip off taproot of when trying to plant it.. Hope this helps! Happy growing
