Is it normal for this strain to be a slow starter, am I to expect some sort of growth spirt or is it just a dud cos my gorilla gone crazy

All strains grow at different paces. But most start to take off between week 3-5!🌱👍

Help wont grow (asking for a friend)My mates struggling with his seedlings. They seem to sprout and get first sign of leaves but it wont grow any further. She looks pretty fine for me, but leaves' colour is not even or uniform. Somewhere is dark green, and some is light.
Old leaves have some yellow spots, but I guess it was water drops' burn
